Are you getting good sleep?

Sleep is the most important thing in life, for without it, you cannot function for any length of time. Sound, dream-less sleep is the best way to recharge your batteries. But it is not guaranteed to the rich, it is not assured to the famous.

Vastu can help. Here are the 7 things you can do to get a good nights sleep.

1. See which side is your head when you sleep. Head should not be in the north, because North Pole and head repel each other. The reason is presence of iron, which is magnetic and cause for repulsion.

You should sleep with your head in the south. If not possible in the south, than you can sleep with your head in east or west, but never in the north. Otherwise you will get bad dreams and may get deceases of mental nature.

2. There should not be any beam over your head. These are present in the ceiling and give the feeling of having heavy load on your head. You cannot sleep properly.

3. There should not be a window behind your bed. You will get bad dreams and a disturbed sleep. There should be a solid wall behind your head. Avoid having any steel furniture next to your head, because it reacts with iron.

4. On the same note, there should not be any door in front of your feet, especially toilet door. If due to paucity of space it is unavoidable, have a few crystals in a bowl, placed in the washroom.

5. There should not be any electromagnetic rays next to the where are you sleeping. Most of the people are in the habit of sleeping with their cell phones next to them. This should be avoided. Have a mechanical clock for alarm. You don't expect a call every day, do you?

6. Do not let any one else other than your partner or children enter your bedroom. It is your sanctuary. It should be kept that way. You do not know the other person may be having an evil eye or having bad energy.

7. You fall ill. You shed your negativity on your bed. That negativity enters your pillow, your bed sheets and your mattress, in the insides of yours mattress. This negativity affects you, when you get better. How to stop this? You put your bed sheets for a wash and you put your pillows and mattress in the Sun. The hot Sun will cleanse your pillows and your mattress.
